What messaging do we use?
MRW for shipments Spain and Portugal.
DHL Express for International shipments (Rest of the World).
How long does it take for shipments to arrive? In a normal situation we deliver from 24 hours - 72 hours. On dates of high demand, it may be extended to 1 or 2 more days.
To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide. (Subject to certain states/countries that are not yet covered by our courier services.) If your country is not listed at checkout. Contact us and we'll see if DHL or MRW can deliver to your destination.
Do I have to pay fees / taxes?
If your order is delivered within Spain and the European Union, you will not pay customs duties.
If you are based outside of the EU and your package requires duties/taxes at customs, you will need to pay this as a customer.
Can I track my shipment?
If, once your order leaves our warehouse, the tracking number of your shipment will be sent to you by email so that you can track the journey and delivery of your order at all times.

What is a Pre-Order?
It's a Preorder is a way to reserve our best new products/designs before their initial release or restock our most requested garments.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-ordered items will ship on the release date indicated in the item description. If you have ordered multiple items within an order that contains a pre-order item, your order will be held and shipped to you in its entirety once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items. * If you urgently need the items available to send, contact us after placing the order firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have purchased multiple pre-order items, they will ship together on the last date listed.
