If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, it's easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions and submit a return/exchange request on your order page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock and within 15 days of the product delivery date.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product exchange, * www.morengar.com is responsible for the shipping costs of the new product*
You can only benefit from one change per purchase.
Quick refund:
Send the purchase back in its original packaging with the original label to our return center. Once the products have been received and their status verified, we will send you a refund to your original payment method between 24 and 48 hours.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return and exchange policy
The purchase (except swimsuit and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all original tags. Please make sure that all the items in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all charges incurred and no refund will be issued.
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
For cash on delivery purchases, we do not accept returns and subsequent refunds, but we do accept changes in size or model. In case you want to return the product, you will be provided with a promotional code with the amount corresponding to the refund so that you can use it whenever you want on our website www.morengar.com.
No partial refund of the order will be made if the purchase was made in special promotions such as El Pack de Morengar, Promo 3x2. In this case, the full return of the product or a proportional part of the total purchase would be accepted. Consult at: info@morengar.com
Purchase not eligible for return
Final sale item is not eligible for return or exchange.
The swimsuit is not eligible for return or exchange.
Bath linen can only be returned/exchanged if faulty/damaged or the wrong item.

Order cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a Contact Us support ticket if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase, but prior to shipment, a 15% cancellation fee applies. We will NOT accept the order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

To request an exchange, refund, you must send us an email along with your order number to the following address: info@morengar.com
To return or exchange your product, you have to send us the garments by courier to the address that we provide you by email.
*The costs of the second shipment will be free whenever there has been an error on the part of Morengar (example: if we have sent a different model or size than the one requested).
*Full refund of the money: if the reason is real, justified (example: if we have made a mistake in the garment, size, if the garment has any damage).
We postpone returns until January 25, 2022 for orders placed from Friday, November 26.
* IMPORTANT : Any return without an efficient reason will have a surcharge of 10% on the amount paid for the item to be returned (Example: I don't like the pants), it is not an efficient reason, since our products are the same as those shown in the pictures.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
